YOUR ILLUSTRATIVE OPPORTUNITY
potentially released
Based on your assumptions.
This values released capacity, not a guaranteed cash saving or a replacement for a whole role. Setup, subscriptions, maintenance and employer costs are excluded. Validate the workflow and the quality of its output before relying on an estimate.
How the calculation works +
Hourly salary allocation = annual salary ÷ (working hours per week × working weeks per year).
Current monthly time = repetitions × minutes per task ÷ 60. Estimated monthly time = unassisted tasks at their current duration + assisted tasks at your chosen review duration.
Released time is the positive difference between those totals. Annual salary-equivalent value = released monthly hours × 12 × hourly salary allocation. If review takes as long as the original task or longer, the model shows no time released.
